Women have more control and influence in the financial world than you may think:
  • We make 85% of all purchasing decisions*
  • We are job creators, starting 70% of all new businesses*
  • 87% of us manage household finances and 94% pay the bills*
  • The number of women earning 6-figure and higher salaries has quadrupled in the last decade*
We are taking care of business at work and at home, but here are some staggering statistics that shouldn’t be ignored:
  • Only about 7% of women feel “very confident” about living comfortably after retirement*

  • A startling 80% of baby boomers will not be financially secure for their retirement*

*The foregoing statistics were provided to us by Strategies for Wealth.

My Favorite Christmas Songs – Playlist

You may not know this about me, but I love Christmas music.  So, in the spirit of the holidays, I wanted to put the legal and industry posts aside and do something a little more fun, sharing my personal Christmas playlist for 2014.  This year, the playlist is leaning more towards classics, jazz, and mellow tunes.  Let me know any great tunes I’ve missed!

Extra disclaimer – This is definitely not legal advice!

Happy holidays!
