Longtime ASCAP exec Chris Amenita has passed away.

Cee Lo Green has been named Chief Creative Officer of Primary Wave Music.

Tom Carpenter is leaving his position as chief labor counsel at SAG-AFTRA, less than five months after the merger, to move to general counsel at Actor’s Equity.

With less than a year on the job under her belt, Epic’s evp of marketing  Angelica Cob-Baehler is being let go from the company.

Mio Vukovic has joined Disney Music Group as Senior VP of A&R/Head of Creative.

Young Jeezy has been named senior vice president of A&R at Atlantic Records.

Four new placements at Universal Music Publishing Group Nashville: Cyndi Forman has been promoted to vice president, creative;  Freeman Wizer promoted to creative director; Missy Wilson is its new senior creative director; and Travis Gordon is a new hire creative manager.

Melissa Victor was promoted to vp, media and artist relations at Island Def Jam Music Group.

Randy Thornton, former Warner/Chappell CEO, is now Chairman of the Production Music Association.
